To support this growth, we are looking for a

Functional Application Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Own the functional and business aspects of system upgrades
• Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Check that system changes match business processes and requirements
• Ensure the system works correctly from a functional point of view after upgrades
• Support basic data checks to keep information accurate
• Communicate with users, providing guidance and support (and training when needed)
• Encourage user adoption and make sure changes bring real value
• Clearly document key processes and requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in functional support, business analysis, or a similar role
• Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field
• Practical knowledge of group accounting, including consolidation and financial reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into system functionalities
• Strong communication skills and experience working with end users and stakeholders
• Understanding of system workflows and reporting structures
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
